Should you fancy a bit of shopping, historic attractions (including the well-preserved Norman Castle and Norwich Cathedral) or contemporary culture (with the multitude of galleries and the Sainsbury Centre for Visual Arts designed by Sir Norman Foster), the lively foodie city of Norwich (10 miles) is a great day out.
