Wye Vista - ideal family house.

This modern three bedroom beach house is located in the heart of Wye River. Ocean views from most rooms are a feature of this spectacular house. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, it's ideal for families, couples or groups.

The decking area with BBQ, outdoor furniture and umbrellas is great for relaxing with friends. It is a sunny deck and has views to the ocean. The large games room with pool table, soccer table and large flat screen smart TV make it great for entertaining and to keep the kids occupied.

There are two bathrooms at Wye Vista. The main bathroom is on the main level and is a large room with a bath, shower and vanity. There is a separate toilet. Downstairs in the laundry is another toilet and shower.

Wye Vista accommodates nine in three bedrooms, with two queen size beds and five bunk beds (two sets of bunks with a double on the bottom of one of the bunks).

I’m sorry but the place wasn’t clean ,sofas are all ripped ! Bed sheets didn’t seem clean to me .i took my own but my friends all got itchy after sleeping on those sheets. My daughter dropped something and went under the sofa ,I can’t even describe the amount of dust that I saw . Charging that much for that place was a bit too much .
