A cosy Wye River beach house with first class ocean and Wye River beach views. It's fantastic all year round for either a family, group or as a couples' retreat.
In the warmer months enjoy the salty sea breezes, the sound of the waves rolling in and the smell of the bush from the deck or soak up the views in air-conditioned comfort.
Bird life abounds and you may spot a koala, often in the trees across the road or in the back garden. Snuggle up in front of the wood heater in the cooler months watching the ever-changing moods of the sea. Leave the car parked as the Wye beach, cafe/general store with its artisan bread, pastries, and great coffee, and the Wye pub are less than a 5-minute stroll away.
The comfortable open plan living incorporates dining and kitchen areas with ocean and Wye beach views. The fully functional modern kitchen includes breakfast bar, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso Citiz & Milk Pod machine (operates with Nespresso compatible coffee pods) cook top and oven. The living area includes a dining setting for 6, leather lounge, two comfy armchairs, Smart TV with Bluetooth compatible soundbar, and telescope. Unlimited Wifi and Stan are available throughout the property.
The main and second bedrooms have queen beds and ocean views. The third bedroom has 2 single beds. A portable Noirot heater is provided for additional heating. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower, vanity and toilet and it contains a practical European style laundry with washing machine.
There's also a generous sized deck with outdoor setting. The BBQ (Weber Q) area has an additional undercover outdoor setting.

It is important to understand this property is a holiday rental, not a shared space or principle place of residence, which ensures you privacy and quiet enjoyment. It is also professionally managed, giving you peace of mind of 24/7 support by a local, just around the corner.
Pricing is based around seasons, length of stay and number of guests. It is important all bookings reflect the exact number of guests. If this changes, you must contact us. Every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the published rates across all booking platforms, however Great Ocean Road Real Estate Holidays reserves the right to correct pricing errors.
Unless otherwise previously agreed, all stays must only be used for private residential usage and to accommodate the number of guests stated on your booking. Unless ‘Pets Welcome’ is advertised, the property is strictly no pets.
All holiday accommodation bookings are accepted on the basis that all occupants will treat the property with the same respect as their own home in accordance with the “House Rules”. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10pm and 8am.
