Annoying to pick up and drop off keys at a different location in South Brisbane. The dryer and washing machine were not working however the issue was fixed the next day after contacting 24 hour support. Wonderful location close to river views, supermarkets and cafe. Some mould/stains? on bathroom ceiling but otherwise clean."

Check-in was tricky (involving several platforms, filling in a check-in form and uploading photos of various documents - fiddly and time-consuming - also the check-in instruction was ambiguous on the lockbox location, so I had to make a late-night call to the host for help to clarify it) and then check-out was a nightmare, as the keycode on the lockbox had been changed (why?) and the code on the checkout instructions...

It was a bit far from conveniences like supermarkets, coffee shops, and restaurants. The room had a very strong cigarette smell, which I believe was stained in the carpet.
