Good but Invest in quality pillows
"Hotel is big clean. User-friendly with all the amenities. Room was spacious and clean. However, I found the choice of pillows was really poor. Both pillows were really soft and didn't provide much neck support."

"Stayed one night after visiting the illuminations which were amazing. Room was really clean, smelt lovely plenty of towels/toiletries in bathroom. Tea coffee ect provided also a fridge and safe were in the room. Paid for breakfast loads of choices something for everyone well presented"

"Good clean hotel but not good service for breakfast. We went at 9:30 and most vegetarian items were not available. They were not refilled either despite requesting a member of staff."
