Older hotel that hasn't been upgraded / remolded. First room we went into smelled like an old smoked filled bar room. Changed rooms and it didn't smell much better. Shower was small and had to turn around in. Very disappointing for a Best Western Hotel

We showed up and we’re told there was no water. We made plans to leave the next day but water came on at 0300 in the morning. Hotel was ok, old furnishings. Breakfast was phenomenal, location was great and staff was friendly.

Nice stay
Friendly staff and spacious room. Only downside was contents of the room shaking due to the passing traffic. Despite that the night here provided far better experience and accommodation than we stayed in just round the corner from here.

Very near Wroclaw city centre. Room wasn’t large but sufficient for a city break. Reception staff friendly and helpful. There is a small bar which isn’t open long hours. Breakfast is a typical continental buffet style.

Won't Disappoint
Great location near Old Town, convenient parking, and delicious breakfast. Tip: if you stay, eat a meal at the nearby Karan Chata...great ambiance, food, and service!

This is a well situated hotel. A short walk from the town square. It has well decorated and appointed bedrooms. There is a very good selection of food available for breakfast.

Perfect location with short walk to the market square with many attractive Restaurants and attractions. Hotel is clean and comfortable, personal helpfull and prices in an affordable range. The Restaurant Sir William offered a very good breakfast and we also enjoyed dinner once with good quality.

Good but not great
Hotel is easy to find and good parking is available. Check in was easy and the hotel is in a nice location by the old town, two blocks away. Overall the hotel is nice. The two shortfalls we had were: 1) Our room faced the main street and tram line. There was a lot of noise and when the tram went by our closet vibrated in our room. 2) Our room was cold, even though the heater was set at 22C. We informed the front desk when we went out for the day and the second night we had the same condition. Also there were no extra blankets in the room. Breakfast was good but you need to ask for prepared eggs. There is a small sign entering the dining room on the left but we missed it our first day and saw eggs being brought to tables that ordered them. Overall the hotel was clean and room was spacious. Wifi was not strong on our room.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and located easy walking distance from the center of the old city. The price, which was reasonable to begin with, also included free wifi and a very good free breakfast. I would certainly return to this hotel!
