This was our third stay at this delightful cabin, and the first in the spring. It is a family favorite and we will certainly be coming back. Enjoyed the hiking trails and nearby Lancaster county attractions, as well as charming local businesses.
This is the second time we spend a long winter weekend in this cabin and it’s our favorite winter getaway. Enjoy the hiking trail right across the street, proximity to historic and cultural sites. Beautiful place in a beautiful area.
thank you for offering this sweet cabin and also, for allowing dogs.
our time there was perfect...
we went to Sight and Sound, and the next day back to Lancaster for a buggy ride. Not a bad drive, at all.
this place is blessed, serene and lovely.
got to visit with a neighbor walking her dog, nice and quiet...
we hope to return again.

We loved our stay at the cabin. The house was tucked back into the woods which gives you the cozy feel. Loved the small walking bridge that brings you up to the house. Overall everything was nice and clean. Would definitely recommend this place. Thank you Kristin.
We enjoyed our stay at this cabin, which is nestled among trees. The cabin is comfortably furnished and features a nice mix of rustic and modern. Its on a very quiet road and we could barely see our neighbors. The sceened in porches and the firepit were the highlights of our stay.
My fiancé, myself and our small dog had a cozy and relaxing few days at the cabin. We had quiet nights of sitting by the fire and grilling. During the day, we explored the surrounding area, including walking by the Susquehanna and visiting parks/woods or just hanging out on the property by the creek. The cabin was the perfect combination of a rustic feel, while still having quick access to towns and necessities. We would definitely stay here again 🏕️ 🌲 🔥
We loved this cabin in the woods! It was perfect in every way for my husband and I and our dog. Beautiful trees towered over us and the stream was magnificent. We'll be back!!
This is my second time staying at the cabin.
Everything was perfect. I 💯 recommend this property, you will not be disappointed.
I will be back again for sure.
The house was just as described - a peaceful winter cabin. It was perfect for a weekend escape. Nice remote location, but not too far away from civilization. The decor was rustic, but with all the comforts of home. Would highly recommend.
We spent a week taking days trips from the cabin, to Gettysburg, Lancaster, etc. The screened porch was a perfect place for morning coffee. Don't miss the Zimmerman Center for Heritage and the Historic Chief Uncas river discovery tours, along the Long Level Road riverside. We had a great week.
Very nice Kristen is awesome helped me with all my questions.

Wrightsville Cabin
This review is quite overdue, but we had a very nice stay there in September with the kids and the dog. Beautiful, convenient location, quiet and the kids enjoyed the creek on the property very much. Most essentials were provided. The only slight inconvenience was having to bring your own linens.
Nice cabin tucked away in a quiet location. Fairly close to Hershey, Lancaster and many small towns that are fun to explore. The side screened porch is perfect for pic-nic lunches outside. Relaxing outdoor setting next to a creek...we didn't use the fire pit but one is there for the using if you like sitting around a camp fire. The property has a lot of stairs, so if you have trouble with steps, this property is one you would want to avoid. Otherwise very nice cabin to enjoy your PA vacation.
Great location peaceful and relaxing days..
The screened-in porches were awesome sitting and listening to the birds and the Babbling Brook while reading my book.
Everything was perfect, my only disappointment there were no sheets on the bed. I found two flat sheets(for smaller bed) in a bin in the closet and used them.
I will definitely return.
We wanted a semi-secluded place to vacation with our dogs, Penelope and Oliver, and the Wrightsville cabin was an ideal spot. We hiked the Heritage Trail, explored the property around the cabin (great smells according to the dogs!), splashed around in the creek, and went out onto Lake Clarke in a pontoon boat we rented at nearby Long Level Marina. And because the weather was very hot and humid, we also spent plenty of time inside. The cabin was spacious and cool and we appreciated the comfortable furnishings. Thank you for our great pupcation!
Both me and my husband work in the field of education and this get-away cabin was exactly what we needed to decompress. We brought out two Labrador Retrievers and spent a lot of time exploring the area - including the Mason-Dixon trail (trail head across street from property) that led to two beautiful parks and even spent some time Geocaching :)
The local winery was a pleasant surprise - tasted a red and white flight while listening to some music and admiring the view. Also got to a couple of the local Farmer's markets for some baked goods, jams, and other tasty treats.
Relaxed on the screened in front porch in the morning with a cup of coffee and in the evening with a glass of wine and even grilled some burgers!
Exactly what I wanted :)
Thank you!
I came in to a flooded cabin, a leak in the roof between bathroom and living room. I took about an hour to completely clean up with towels I contacted property manager and vrbo and sent photos. Property manager came the next day to help and I requested an additional night as I had some flexibility in my schedule and the first night was spent cleaning. She agreed, still waiting on first night credit. The cabin was beautiful and welcoming and even better than described and with the additional night was able to enjoy a much needed getaway Once roof is repaired would definitely recommend this to friends!!!
My reservation was for 3 adults and 1 child. The cabin had only 3 bath towels. They need to leave more large trash bags. Only were 2 and we had to put rest of trash in small bags. The door out the bedroom is very dangerous because of the steps. Also in living room with the dining table being so close to the steps our chair toppled over twice when we got up. Would not rent again because of the steps.
