Wrightsville Beach house 4 Bdr on the South End with Sunset Views of the Channel

This fully updated beach home is located at the desirable south end of Wrightsville Beach tucked in to a very quiet sound side street with a stunning view of the Intracoastal Waterway. The street has two sound side public access points just steps away from the home and just across the street is the public access path to the beach. The Oceanic Restaurant and Crystal Pier are close by as well as the South End Surf shop.
The 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is furnished with brand new beds and furniture. All linens as well as towels are provided ($200 savings). The Kitchen is fully stocked with all brand new appliances, including a Keurig for coffee pods. The layout of the home is open and modern which allows for great family gatherings either on the large dining table or the beautiful outdoor deck with great outdoor seating.
This home is perfect for those seeking a peaceful, quiet escape where beach combing and lazy days reading books are on the agenda. It is also a fantastic spot for Biking, Surfers, Kiteboarder's or stand-up paddle boarding. The easy beach access can't be topped. The neighborhood is mainly residential where "lights out at 10 pm" is highly encouraged by everyone. Off street Parking is available under the house for up to 4 cars.

A Great Spot to Stay!

We had a great stay! The location is amazing & the house is clean & easy to be in. The open lot between the house & the sound gives you a beautiful view of the sunset from the deck. We will be back!

Wedding Weekend

We booked the property to added a wedding in Wilmington. The unit is beautifully decorated and has everything you could possibly need while vacationing. The view of the sound is fantastic. We are already looking to book again!!

Great location

Took our daughter and 3 of her friends for Memorial Day weekend. Great cottage, had everything we needed and is in a great location on the South end. Quick walk to the beach and coffee shop.

Beautiful sunsets!

The vacation rental was great! The house is nicely updated, very clean, and the kitchen was well equipped. Best part is the large deck where we enjoyed the beautiful view and sunsets over the intracoastal waterway. It is a bit of a hike to the beach but everything with the house was perfect.

Great Girls Getaway

Fantastic rental, well stocked with all you need. The porch and views are amazing. We had a girls getaway and loved it. The house was close to everything but thankfully so quiet when trying to sleep, so this location is key! Owner was very helpful. Great place and will rent again

The Perfect Beach House

We loved staying at this home! I have never rented a place that was so perfectly organized and well-stocked. The owner has meticulously labeled light switches and fans, provided clean linens and towels, and lots of beach amenities (such as chairs, umbrellas). Additionally, she was super responsive both before and during our stay, quickly and completely answering our questions. My family and I would absolutely return. Thanks for a great getaway!

Quick getaway to the beach!

My husband and I stayed here for a quick getaway and had a great time. The sunsets on the sound were beautiful and we could go SUPing just steps away from the house. If you don’t know what to do for dinner, topsail steamer and Jerry’s were delicious!

Everything was perfect! Last minute get away 7/3-76 with my daughters. The house was equipped with everything. We had amazing views of the intercostal waterway and a short walk to the beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Absolutely loved it.

Great Vacation in NC!

We had a family vacation with our adult children and enjoyed our stay here. The house layout is perfect with the kitchen/living area in center with 2 bedrooms that share a bathroom on one side and the other 2 bedrooms sharing another bathroom on the other side. The house was clean, decorated nicely, organized and the owner was wonderful! The sand beach is just a block away.

Well Equipped and Cozy!

We were in town for the weekend to celebrate a birthday and stayed at South End. This house was clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed! Just a short walk to the beach and a beautiful sunset view over the sound, South End was the perfect place for our family. I would have loved a king size bed, but still can’t complain as the beds were very comfortable. Highly recommended to anyone who is looking for that perfect beach trip in a quiet neighborhood!
