Spectacular Innsbrook House on Alpine Lake

Our spacious, 3,500 square foot house is located on the largest and most scenic lake in the heart of Innsbrook. Alpine Lake is a 240-acre lake and Innsbrook is a serene lake community on 7,500 wooded acres that is a short 50-mile drive from St. Louis.

Our property is completely surrounded by the tranquil woods of Innsbrook, with barely a view of any neighbors. The house is on two levels. After parking in the roomy, three-car garage, you enter via the upper level. You are in the wide open Great Room with stunning views of the lake, an open kitchen with an island for cooking and a gas powered fire place. An exit to the left will put you on a huge wood deck with BBQ pit, patio furniture and nice sunset views.

On the other side of the Great Room are the two upstairs bedrooms. The master bedroom has an open view of the lake, while the second bedroom faces the front path, wood bridge, stream and woods. Past the two bedrooms is the master bath with lake view. In addition to a large walk-in shower, there is an over-sized tub, which is perfect for relaxing. The walk in closet is the size of a small bedroom.

When you head downstairs, you walk right into the wide open room containing a big screen TV, several DVDs and a full-sized billiards table. Both bedrooms downstairs have direct views of the lake. The second full bath is in-between them and contains an over-sized shower. Outside the downstairs entrance is a small patio that also offers great views of the lake. This deck takes you to a rock pathway leading down to the wood dock. This area is also fantastic for sunsets with the pink hue reflecting right off of the lake. You can fish off of the dock or take our full-sized canoe out on the lake to hunt for additional fishing spots. For your water sport amusement, we also provide kayaks, paddle boards, rafts/floaties and noodles.

Innsbrook offers a championship, 18-hole golf course, huge swimming pool with a view of Lake Aspen, tennis courts, horse stables, various hiking trails, over 100 lakes (some with beaches), conference center, and several events throughout the year.

Wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The owner was helpful and responsive! We had 5 kids under 5 but if you had kids a bit older they have ALL the fun lake toys! A very short drive to the pool and restaurant/golf course! Would def stay here again!

this is a wonderful property on the lake. There were hiking trails near the dam, which is walkable from the house. We had plenty of room with the upstairs .The beds were comfortable and everything was in good working order and clean.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this spacious and well maintained lakefront home. Large Kitchen/Dining area, living and family gathering areas, beautiful view, and nice bedrooms/baths all contributed to a great stay. The house is perfectly stocked and we found everything we needed (kids life jackets, paddle boards, towels, stocked kitchen, blankets and games). We enjoyed it proximity to the pool, courts and cafe. It is also very convenient to the St Louis airport. Andy was a very helpful and communicative host.

Beautiful Getaway
This is a beautiful place at Innsbrook with 4 bedrooms and alot of room to spread out or plenty of places to gather for meals and games. This is family time meeting halfway fron Kansas and Chicago. We enjoyed ourselves on the beautiful lake. Andy is wonderful to work with and answer all my questions quickly.

Beautiful and right on the water!!
Very spacious home, with beautiful lake views. The home was very well-kept and access to owner very easy. We had a fun week there, swimming everyday and made a couple of treks into St. Louis! Only negative for us was it was a small lake and not much boating activity.

The property was amazing, everything that you needed for a few days get away.. Beautiful lake, only a few yards from the house. We took the canoe out a couple of days. The canoe was easy to paddle around on the quite and smooth surface lake. We saw so much wildlife just walking around the property. A very relaxing place to spend time with our family. Wonderful property with expansive and private views. With lots of toys -- including professional grade paddle boards and kayaks and canoe and on and on! Have never seen so many floating and paddle options. Alpine Lake is pristinely clean. Four bedrooms and 2.5 baths -- perfect for our family. Beautiful road with easy to use 3 car garage. Plenty of trees and bushes to almost make front of house invisible from road. Private, large cove with lovely, expansive views of lake. Great golf course we enjoyed.

This home was absolutely beautiful, had more than enough room for me and my 4 kids to spread out and relax. The lake view is amazing and property grounds are lovely. We loved the furniture and decor. We were impressed with the available items - coffee pods, kitchen items, towels and extra blankets, as well as the super cool couch in lower level that had phone charging stations! Andy was so kind and thoughtful, and he stayed in communication with us to make sure everything was to our liking. Will definitely book this place again!

Wonderful getaway
This was a perfect home for our family! We came for our son's wedding in downtown St. Louis and this gorgeous home was a wonderful place to spend time with family relaxing away from the busy wedding activities. We had a wonderful time staying here. All of the furniture and everything in the house was very nice and comfortable and there was plenty of room for all of our family. The views out the windows were amazing and so serene. We loved that the owners provided water activities for us to enjoy when we were at the house. We were able to paddle board for the first time ever! Such fun! We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful Innsbrook Home Away From Home
We really enjoyed our Memorial Day Weekend get away at this beautiful home on Alpine Lake! Andy had everything we needed and responded so quickly to all my questions and requests! Perfect place to celebrate my daughter’s birthday and son’s graduation from college! We canoed, kayaked, swam in the beautiful Innsbrook pool, enjoyed gorgeous lake views, hiked the Aspen Spur Nature Trail and even got to see a beautiful waterfall too! Highly recommend Timbercee II! Beautiful lake view
We had an amazing time here. The house is big enough for all 8 adults, 1 kid, and 1 dog to be comfortable. Fishing off the dock was a blast, even though we never caught that massive bass that was taunting us from the middle of the cove. Maybe next time! Be prepared: that hike up the steps from the dock to the house can be daunting in 95-degree weather! In the end, our stay here was great. We all wished we could have had a few more days, especially since it started to cool off on the last morning!
