This beautiful lakefront retreat is perfect for families looking to experience all the joys of lake living! This two-bedroom, one-bath home has everything you need to make lasting memories. Relax, unwind, and head outside with family and friends to roast marshmallows around a crackling fire pit. On those chilly nights, warm up by the wood-burning stove while reminiscing about the day's adventures. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up delicious meals that can be enjoyed in the large living area surrounded by windows that let in plenty of natural light. Enjoy the private beach on Lake Audubon where you can soak up some sun on the private dock or take a dip in the lake! Also available for guests are a kayak, stand-up paddle board, and paddle boat located on the beach. Please pick up firewood on your into Innsbrook.

This home features a Master bedroom on the main floor with a king-size bed. Upstairs you will find plenty of extra sleeping rooms with 2 twin size bunk beds, a full-size and a queen bed.

This chalet is on a septic system and does not have a washer, dryer or dishwasher. The laundry facilities are located at the Charrette Creek Commons and feature two coin-operated washers and dryers are open daily from 6 a.m.-8 p.m. on a first come, first serve basis. Available for use of property owners and registered guests. Detergent is also available for a fee.
