Charming with beautiful view!
House had everything we needed! The kitchen was well stocked with all cooking & serving needs. Living room has beautiful views and was cozy. The furniture was a bit hard (too firm) but other than that it was wonderful. Master bed was sooo comfortable! Easy walk down to the dock - not too steep. Fire pit was great! A very relaxing, much needed long weekend. Would definitely rent this one again!

Long weekend
Loved it! We used the canoe, paddle boat, paddle board, kayak, fished off the dock, seam, bought a few cheap tubes at the local store. We had too much fun relaxing and enjoying the cabin to check out the trails or pool, next time though! Nice wooded lot with a few neighbors around the lake. No complaints from any of the teens either. We’ll definitely be back!

Awesome Weekend Getaway
The chalet was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the cabin, and it had plenty of space for our family of 4. And the fire pit and watercraft were a great time. Highly recommend!

Very peaceful lake
Group of 4 stayed Thursday - Sunday. Very peaceful and quiet on Thursday and Friday - just us and 2 other houses had occupants. On Saturday almost every house filled up, so it was a little crazy late morning/afternoon, but was nice and quiet again around dinnertime. The property was nicely maintained, clean, kitchen well-stocked, etc. All of the firepit chairs were broken unfortunately - they need to be replaced. The water bikes pictured in the posting are not allowed to be used either. There was a small kayak, paddleboard, paddle boat, and canoe - all of which got good use. The neighbor let us borrow their water bike to play on so that was really nice of them! The master bedroom on the first floor is large, but they do not have curtains covering the top windows - so be prepared to wake up at 6am every day. The beach area is VERY VERY steep. It was fine for us, but I think a small child would accidentally roll into the water like a boulder if they were trying to play on the sand. It made getting the boats/kayaks in and out a bit difficult. None of the above things were detrimental to our short vacation weekend. We had a great time and would recommend the property to anyone looking to rent. This is the second time that we've stayed in a property from this property manager and we really like their houses.

Overall a wonderful trip. Loved innsbrook. So impressed with the amenities and grounds
Our chalet was so charming. Beds were very comfortable. Lake access was great. Water was shut off when we arrived but management responded quickly and problem resolved in minutes. Several outdoor chairs were broken which meant we had to drag chairs off the deck to waterfront and fire pit.

Was a perfect location to getaway!
Really enjoyed fishing off the dock. Location was nice and secluded, but still only an hour from St. Louis with lots of things to do. Chalet was nice and spacious and the layout worked well for our family. We enjoyed our stay!

Delightful, rustic A-frame with modern amenities
We enjoyed the stay very much. The layout and size of the cabin would easily accommodate 6. The deck and lake view were lovely, as was the fire pit. Having readily available paddle boards, a canoe, and paddle boat made for some healthy exercise options in addition to hiking/walking and swimming. There some issues with the water heater in the master bathroom that got replaced on a Saturday, but running out of hot water Friday night wasn't fun. The management team was quick to respond and the handyman was pleasant, but it did take several hours for him to replace the water heater, and it was somewhat inconvenient to have someone in-and-out of the house over the course of 3-5 hours. And, perhaps more importantly, the master bedroom was quite a bit cooler than anywhere in the house. I would suggest management find a way to direct more warm air into the master, or get insulated windows/ sliding door and curtains. My wife and i kept the master br door open to let in the warmer air at the expense of our privacy. The property had some fallen trees (I suppose that comes with the territory) and the gutters need to be replaced, but those didn't actually affect our comfort and needs. Lastly, I would have liked to have had some cooking oil and ketchup in the pantry. As it turned out, it was snowing when we arrived and getting in and out was semi-treacherous with first iced, winding roads that turned to a muddy and/ or cement-like muck. Getting in and out would likely be problematic in such conditions without AWD or 4-wheel drive. I think it was a good place for a rustic winter cabin stay, but I bet this place would be awesome in the summer.
