"Beautifully appointed property. We had a lovely room in a quiet area on the ground floor. The staff in all areas of service were excellent. Polite and helpful. The spa is lovely. There was an obvious lack of basic toiletries in the rooms. Eg no bossy cream or shower cap. The massage was great but no water offered post treatment. And in 2025 electric car chargers should be installed for such a good quality hotel. Otherwise we had a fabulous stay "

"We went to have some relaxation and refreshments between Christmas and the New Year. Our time at All Saints Hotel did just that. All staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Our room wasn't ready when we arrived when we had been offered an early arrival. This was immediately resolved by giving us an upgrade to another room."

"The accommodation was immaculate. The room was warm and inviting. The breakfast was excellent. Eggs benedict cooked to perfection was a dish I always wanted to try. It was beautiful, with two runny yolks. This place is a little gem in Bury St Edmunds 5 minute walk to the town center I cannot recommend it enough 5 stars. "

"This is a really beautifully kept and charming pub hotel. We had a room on the 2nd floor (i believe) with a view of the street. As a 17th century building it does have slightly steep stairs and some quaint low doorframes. We stayed for one night but I'd be happy to stay there for more than that if I'm in the area again. The pictures of the room were accurate. It was warm in winter even though heating was off. It was well kept and clean, the beds were comfortable, and the ensuite bathroom brand new and very clean (the gents in the pub downstairs a slightly different story! But the pub itself was very nice). - Doors at the rear are left open should you want to come back in late at night. - Breakfast was a generous full English. - The room also had a kettle with some complementary tea and coffee sachets, and there was also a decent hair drier. - Parking might be a touch limited if you arrive at the wrong time as it seems to be shared with pub customers but you might he able to find somewhere nearby in a pinch. "
