"What a find!!! My husband and I researched many islands and many homes. We are so thankful we found this home. Ben and Jessica were amazing hosts. Home was as described, had everything we needed, plenty of towels, comfy bed. Amazing views. Love, love. Love. Also, the little things,: the icepack in the freezer - to go in cooler they provided, candles, great beachchairs, plenty of pots, pans, salt, pepper and other seasoning, oil. Just perfect. "I read some old and not very good reviews before I booked my stay. Holy cow the place must have had renovation because it's clean clean with very nice beds great cable tv (not that I watched it much) and wonderful view of the marina. The staff very helpful and around to answer any questions. Thanks Village Cay, I'll be back! "

"Spectacular view of Drakes passage from the house and pool. Beautiful beach short walk away with very few people. The restaurant and club facilities are also a short walk away and a real added convenience. The stay and amenities were everything we could hope for. There is a property manager that was very helpful and cleaning were regular. I will just note for other guests that the bedrooms are split between two floors. Master 1 upstairs and another two with shared bathroom downstairs. You need to go outside to get between the two floors. If you are visiting with young children make note of this, as you’ll probably need an adult to sleep downstairs with them. We had the grandparents down there. It would be perfect for two families with older children, as adults could stay upstairs and kids will get a separate floor for themselves with a TV. The communication was amazing and we were even able to quickly make an adjustment to our booking. Thank you for sharing your wonderful house, can’t way to visit again!"

"Everything about the property, the service, the communication, the villa, the views, the attention to detail, was PERFECTION!! The pictures on the website are great, but they do not do it justice. The views and the vibe are hard to describe with words. The place is heaven!! There were 6 of us, Mom, Dad, 2 adult kids and their significant others and we all felt the same, just a phenomenal experience. The villa exceeded our expectations, every bedroom had a balcony and an ocean view, as well as an air conditioner. The kitchen was fully equipped, we ate "in" a lot just because it was so hard to leave. The linens, towels, etc., where all super nice. Ben (owner) and his son Zebedee were super responsive. They helped with the transfers, rental car, chef, online groceries, etc. We also spent many days at the beach next to the villa (walking distance) & we had the entire beach to ourselves, it was amazing. We have stayed at other villas on Tortola and there is no way you can beat this place..........it's AMAZING!! "

"Saba Rock is a nice place to stay for a weekend escape. Breakfast was included with the room and is a complete breakfast with options to choose. We had dinner twice and food is good. The room is very nice, especially the shower space is great. It also has two sink very comfortable. Although I have to mention that the right sink was clogged. I reported to the cleaning lady but it was not solved. We managed with the other one. But apart from that the room is very comfortable. The decoration has many details. The place renovation was carefully thought and you could notice the details. Employees are very friendly and educated toward the guest. It is a place I will return."
