"stayed 6 nights & had no issues. Wendy excellent at being there for any questions - but not at all intrusive. pleasant mile walk into Lincoln & a beautiful park 10 min walk down the road, so could leave the car safely parked at property. Local pub 15mins walk, harvester type. Would stay again."

"This is a charming property and could not be better placed in terms of access to the castle and cathedral. The check-in lady was so kind and helpful so one could not ask for more there. The only criticism I have was that there is no soap or shampoo provided in the bathroom. This makes rather a dull shower unless prewarned. "There had been a problem with the main entry door on arrival so the cleaner was still sorting the apartment when we arrived at 6.30pm. We went straight out for dinner so were pleased to be able to leave our belongings. The apartment was spotlessly clean and right in the centre of town so conveninent for the shops and bars. We had a lovely weekend - thank you!"

"Acceptable cleanliness and just a short walk to the city centre. We are not usually complainers but honestly, there was very poor communication and availability from the staff, an absolutely atrocious mattress on the bed, we barely slept; every little movement sounded like popcorn popping in a microwave and no staff in sight at checkout. A small communal kitchen, but out-of-date milk in the fridge. The shared bathroom allows no privacy as it is off the communal lounge. Would not stay here...

"Far to noisy overnight, was kept awake most of the night will delivery lorries, banging and clanging about from before 2am until about 6am, also a worker from Greggs shouting outside the shop to people in the shop. Apartment was nice and clean ( apart from the oven ), but the noise overnight was ridiculous!"

"Myself, my partner Andy and our dog Willow stayed Friday to Sunday at the chickens coop and we had the most relaxing & enjoyable time. Andy enjoyed doing a bit of fishing at the lake, catching a good sized carp, whilst I enjoyed walking around it with the dog.
