The last estimated cleaning was about three months ago; it's evident that only the floor is being mopped. - The pool is closed, and the owner does not mention this. - Part of the apartment building is under renovation, so you constantly hear jackhammers. - There is no washing machine or dishwasher. - The garden is shared with four other apartments, so forget about privacy. - I don’t know who this would be suitable for; I strongly advise against it."
