Upon immediate entry into the home, you are greeted by a panoramic view of Lake Coeur d'Alene, Cave Bay, forested hills, and the lake's east side hills in the distance.
Just inside the main entrance is a foyer with a coat closet, built-in bench seating, and a set of storage nooks for hats, gloves, shoes, purses, keys, etc. Immediately following is an expansive living, dining, and kitchen combination room with a vaulted ceiling, recessed lighting, and floor-to-ceiling picture windows facing the lake. Floors are luxury vinyl plank flooring that looks and feels like real pinewood.
The living room area is furnished with a large sectional sofa, an oversized ottoman, a wall-mounted flat screen TV, and a wood burning fireplace for added warmth an ambience. An added supply of firewood is available for guests to use.
The kitchen area starts with an expansive kitchen island and a breakfast bar with six barstools. This kitchen comes complete with a large double-door refrigerator, a pull-out deep drawer freezer, an icemaker, a water dispenser, an electric range and oven, a dishwasher, a deep sink with a spray nozzle faucet, and a built-in microwave. A coffee maker and a toaster are readily available on the kitchen counters. The shelves, cupboards, and drawers are all fully stocked with dishes, plates, silverware, utensils, cups, glasses, pots, pans, kitchen linens, paper towels, cooking spices, and cleaning supplies.
The dining area comes with its own decorative chandelier. Bench seating and chairs at the the dining table can accommodate up to eight people.
A hallway adjacent to the living room leads to the master bedroom. This bedroom features its own master bathroom, a picture window with views of the lake, a king size bed, a wall-mounted flat screen TV with a remote, and a full size dresser. The master bathroom features two individual mirrored sink vanities with storage drawers fully stocked with extra toiletries, a glass-enclosed walk-in shower, and a large double-door closet. This closet is fully stocked with extra bed linens, pillows, bathroom linens, and clothing hangers.
The first guest bedroom is further down the master bedroom hallway. This bedroom features a total of seven built-in twin size bunkbeds with a fixed ladder and a stairway to reach the upper beds. Each bed has its own wall-mounted reading light and USB port for electronic device charging.
The guest bathroom is adjacent to the kitchen. This is a full bathroom with a glass-enclosed walk-in shower. The drawers and storage nooks are fully stocked with extra toiletries, linens, and cleaning supplies.
The second guest bedroom is on the opposite side of the home, located down a hallway adjacent to the kitchen. This bedroom features a queen size bed, a wall-mounted flatscreen TV, a full dresser, and a picture window looking out onto the lake.
The laundry room is adjacent to the bunkbed room. This room comes complete with a large washer and dryer ready to use, with some detergent and cleaning supplies available in the cupboards.
Two sliding glass doors in the living room lead to the outdoor deck. Here you can take in more extensive views of the lake and surrounding North Idaho scenery. An outdoor dining set with seating for eight is available. A propane gas grill for cooking is also available for guests to use.
Electric air conditioning and cadet heating units have been installed in various locations throughout the house.

A private beach, a private playground, and a private boat launch are all a distance equivalent to four city blocks away from the house and are available to guests during their visit.
The town of Worley is 6 miles due south of Cave Bay. The Coeur d'Alene Casino and Circling Raven Golf Club are 11 miles away going north on Highway 95.
