Hot Springs Hotel and Spa
5/5 Excellent
"I'm sorry I didn't remember her name, but the lady at the front desk was just wonderful. I asked for a second floor room with a view of the river beside the property and the mountains in the distance, and she was so helpful to get me the right one. The window was the width of the room and that allowed for light but without people able to see in. I really valued that. Breakfast was a very sufficient buffet with a TV in the room to watch while eating if you wanted... and there were scrambled eggs and potatoes which I liked, biscuits and gravy which I didn't eat, and perhaps sausage but since I didn't eat that I'm not really sure, and juices, coffee and milk... and waffles to toast, oatmeal packets, some cereals.
And the bathroom was beautiful... even if small. A 'waterfall' faucet, a very good shower with hot and cold water handles and a very good shower head.
I'd stayed here some years ago when it was a Days Inn, and this was so much better. I'd recommend this to anyone. Thank you!"
