I liked the history and pictures lining the walls. The staff was very friendly. I did not go into the restaurant so no opinion there. Bed was comfortable. The rooms are older and I believe they are under construction.. but the bath counter and toilet were really low… and the toilet felt like it was coming out of the wall everytime I sat down. It did not have a traditional base to it. Shower components are old and the shower did not work properly

This was a great hotel in a nice location. Enjoyed the nice hot pool soak after a long day driving. The Safari Room Restaurant - interesting decor and great food & service. Close to the public park and hot springs. Room had a fantastic bed and pillows that matched perfectly to the mattress. I had a great sleep. The full buffet breakfast was a nice surprise. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We enjoyed our stay here so much! The location is prime right inside the park. The staff is wonderful, the hotel older, but well taken care of. So many personal touches makes it special. Our room was newly renovated and really nice. (I don’t know if all rooms were renovated, but it appeared that way.) We really enjoyed the hot spring and visiting with other guests, who were also soaking. Such a treat. The grounds around the hotel are immaculate and offer picnic tables and chairs. Nice to have a restaurant on site. The breakfast could use a bit of an upgrade. Very basic. We will be back - all the way from New Mexico.

Very close to hot springs and convenient to walk around the Hot Springs Park. I didn't go to the Safari restaurant. The trophy hunting thing was a bit much and maybe is not as accepted in today's world. But the staff was nice and the stay was comfortable.

The staff were some of the friendliest staff we’ve encountered at a hotel in a long time! The Safari Club and the taxidermy entertained the kids and it was clean, it might be a bit older and outdated but it was well kept and CLEAN! We will definitely be back.

The property was clean , but it is in serious need of renovations. The carpet is stained and has rips in it. The furniture is old and pretty scuffed up. The bed was very comfortable. The Tv needs to be updated to a smart tv. They told me at the front desk there is coffee always available , but when I went to get some at 10 am , because I missed the breakfast time , there was none available. I also asked for an additional luggage stand , as there were 2 of us with luggage , and was told there were none available. That was disappointing. The staff were very friendly.
