Kitchen - Beautifully equipped kitchen with fridge, electric oven, hob & microwave.

Laundry - Washing Machine & separate clothes dryer.

Bathroom - Shower with quality towels and essential amenities provided.

Bedrooms - Master bedroom with double bed & Second bedroom with single bed with quality linen, ample storage space, side drawer storage. Hairdryer provided.

Internet - Wifi available.

Entertainment - Large smart Smart TV to log into Netflix/Amazon Prime/NOWTV/Apple TV and Disney+ accounts.

We have space for parking 2 small cars or 1 large car on the drive to the property, there is free parking on the road.

The Neighborhood:
Little Clifton is located on the edge of the Lake District with a 25 minute drive to the beautiful town Keswick and the same distance to Allonby with attractive views across the Solway Estuary and towards the Lake District and Scottish Fells. Various nearby attractions including the Scafell Pike, Various lakes to hike around like Lake Windermere and Derwent Water.

There are plenty places to explore including the stunning landscapes of the the Lake District, this luxury staycation is ideal for walkers/cyclists and romantic getaways.

A cosy, warm and welcome Christmas at Leaf Tree
We had a wonderful Christmas at the beautifully decorated Leaf Tree cottage. When we arrived, there was a welcome gift box in the kitchen, a separate Christmas themed welcome box in the living room on the table and a handwritten note from the hosts alerting me to the Christmas Eve box left for my son under the tree. The Leaf Tree hosts way well above and beyond in preparing the cottage for our stay. We felt so welcome and comfortable. Our dog loved laying by the fire so much that she only left that spot when it was time to go outside. We have affectionately renamed the cottage to our “Christmas Cottage 2024”. Thank you for the memories.

So impressed with this little find. The place was immaculate, the host was so helpful and the little extras provided by the host were so impressive. Lovely and cosy and just so beautiful. Will most definatly be going back
