I did not see a person who worked there until a minor issue with the pool closing time on day 2 and check out. They close at 8pm I checked in after. Gold star for the communication through the storm! Check in was easy. Huge mosquitos in elevator area and surrounding the grounds. I was placed in a room next to a room that looked like Jason Voorhees did his best to try to get in. The door had stab marks or wounds not sure. Had a minor issue with the pool but other then being a little annoyed not a real issue; it is worth saying it closes at 8pm which we respected but that means if people show up at 7:30 pm to splash about quickly they should be able to do so until close. I would stay again. Not perfect but I have been to worse. Bed was comfy too.

There were dirty stains on the couch, no blankets for the bed and no towel replacements from housekeeping for 3 nights. Bad experience overall will not go back again!
