"Upon check out, my phone charger was left in the room. It was unfortunately misplaced (stolen) by staff. Poor communication and follow up from front desk staff related to the issue. Overall nice facility but be aware that things locked in your room are not safe. "

"The rooftop deck, pool, and view is absolutely beautiful, especially at sunset. The hotel is well made and no noise could be heard from other rooms or the hallway. The bed and space were very comfortable. We enjoyed the view of the city streets from our balcony, as well. All hotel staff were courteous and helpful."
