"Picked this place for a quick night of sleep on a road trip. Was not sure what to expect, but I was pleased to find that this hotel, while anything but fancy, was clean and comfortable. The room had no trace of any previous smoking, and the bed linens were fresh and comfortable. The bed afforded a good night's sleep. "Room was very clean and pool was great, it's not heated like they say but still was very enjoyable. Breakfast didnt have many options but still was good. Location is great, within walking distance of walmart and culvers. Staff was very friendly and helpful, attached restaurant was delicious and fairly priced. "

"Suite room was very nice a little dated but otherwise it was satisfactory. The only complaint is The shower head was quite short. And shower curtain did not stay in place. I am about 5'7 and I had to duck under the shower head to shower. "

"The owner has done absolutely everything and more to make this a top vacation spot. Interior has an amazing log cabin feel, cozy, rustic, and welcoming. Everything you could need. Check in and out was easy, and although it was too cold to be outside much. it’s easy to see that there’d be a lot of options with a fire pit, grill, and steps down to the river. Beautiful property

"The owner has done absolutely everything and more to make this a top vacation spot. Interior has an amazing log cabin feel, cozy, rustic, and welcoming. Everything you could need. Check in and out was easy, and although it was too cold to be outside much. it’s easy to see that there’d be a lot of options with a fire pit, grill, and steps down to the river. Place felt spacious and homey. 5 stars overall, although be aware that the neighboring properties are very close, so might not be as much privacy in summer months when people are outside, and some of the neighbors are displaying large and prominent political signs, which may make it hard to relax for anyone trying to switch off and get away from the world. None of that is the owners fault though- important to reiterate that the property itself is as good as it gets on Vrbo. "
