"The sleeping/bedroom arrangements of this property we not properly explained. One bedroom was not even a bedroom and had a louver wall one side and a curtain door. This room was also very small. I would not recommend this property it to adults sharing together. I barely slept. The bed in the main bedroom was also very squeaky. Also, no oven only a microwave. "This home although a tad dated in decor was spacious and clean and provided all basic essentials. Upstairs bedrooms without air con were very hot until a breeze came through in the evening. Lawn could do with a mow and weed. However, price was significantly cheaper than comparable properties I saw when searching so overall a great place to stay for a couple of nights. Very close to dog friendly beach at Wurtulla and an easy 10-15 min walk there or very short drive."

"The house unfit for rental. Pool fence not secure, large whole in the pergola ground, unable to open windows, sliding doors. Provide BBQ but no gas or utensils. BBQ absolutely disgusting and has never been cleaned. Fly screens so dirty that we could not open windows. Mould on venetian blinds, air vent and owner called me a liar even though we have photos. House being reported to local government authorities and to Stayz"

"Good location in close proximity to shops and beach the neighbourhood was a little shabby. Guests to supply all linen yet we weren’t told it was king singles and king bed so linen didn’t fit. Lots of green ant nests in the back yard the kids got a lot of bites so lots of tears playing outside. Overall nice old house just a few little things"

"It's an original cottage renovated beautifully & kept really clean (except the BBQ which they rectified by sending a cleaner around the day after we checked in). The entertaining deck was very private & nicely sheltered from the wind & rain. The ducted aircon worked well on hot days. We were worried about parking on the street but no need, we got a park directly outside every night of our stay. The fencing was secure for our dog 1.8mtr on 3 sides with a 1.2mtr along the street, the gate had a...
