"Beautiful property. Saw seals from living room catching fish. Front door did not lock but it’s a safe neighborhood but a bit isolated. Kitchen is well equipped for cooking. Laundry facilities were a great help! Gorgeous views of the water and excellent service and communication."

"This house was amazing. It was way better than we expected after looking through the pictures online. The outdoor space and the house itself are beautiful and the pictures do it zero justice. We were worried at first about the lack of AC, but the house cooled right down once we opened the windows let the air in. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to visit Boothbay. It was so close to the main area, but you couldn’t even tell- it felt like you were immersed in nature."

"We chose this property for our first trip to Maine and our honeymoon. We were amazed by all the property had to offer and it looked even more beautiful in person! Plus, the bed was unbelievably comfortable. The hosts were easy to communicate with and it was clear that they valued our experience. The hosts left us personalized goodies and took us on a complimentary boat tour. We have never had such a good rental experience. Thank you!"

"What a wonderful stay. The views were absolutely amazing. Kitchen well equipped. We bought live lobsters just $10 a lb from Hannafords (try also the French baguette) just 12 min drive and cooked them, clams and corn all in the steamer provided. Lounge seating very comfortable. Cooks corner area has everything incl Walmart superstore. David was a wonderful host. Could not speak too highly of him. He came out late at night when I could not work something out."

"It looks straight out of a storybook with great amenities and lovely grounds. We were able to have a fire in the fire pit which was so much fun and being close to the lighthouse was a huge perk. The host was kind and accessible. I would definitely composer staying at this property again. "

"This was a beautiful place to stay and had more parking than we expected. The only hiccups we had was that the check in code we were given was one digit off from what it actually was so we had a little trouble getting into the house. Also there is an outlet that was uncovered in the bedroom and we had a child touch it. Luckily the child wasn’t harmed but this should definitely be addressed if there’s any little ones staying on the property. The houses were very clean and the only reason I gave...

"Bill was so very nice and 100% accommodating. His place was very neat and clean. The property is very well maintained, private and peaceful. His cousin , Darcy, lives 2 doors down and is readily available should there be any questions or concerns.We enjoyed the lions at night and the stars were mesmerizing along with the fireflies. Thank you for a lovely stay and we look forward to returning next year."

"This property is the perfect place to relax. A beautiful view that can be enjoyed through the window or hammock. Peaceful neighborhood and there are many things to do with only having to drive 20 minutes. The host made sure the kitchen was well equipped with many basics.
