"He double booked through booking dot com and we had nowhere to stay. The poor people arrived just before us and were equally worried they would be without accommodation. After we called Stayz he tried to cancel our booking as “we didn’t meet minimum age”. Really poor form by the guy. Don’t trust him with your holiday!"

"The property is steps from the beach. Beautiful tree filtered views of Bay. Well equiped and high quality. The big AC was needed and we loved the hot outside shower. The funky art an added bonus. Great quality sheets too. Internal stairs are steep. We will return. Loved it all. "

"Luke's place though a bit older has all the amenities and the owner has spent money upgrading the facilities and appliances. The crockery and pots pans were all there. Unlike other places which have 6 cups and 10 Saucers ! The other consumables were all topped up even the Mosquito repellent and Firelighter. The place is literally walking distance from the beach and one can hear the waves breaking on the shore. We were very happy with the stay and would go back another time."

"The property is like no other, caters for large groups no matter the weather or season, we had some rain during our stay but it didn’t stop the kids swimming in the heated pool or being able to sit out on the back deck listen to the streamed music watch the kids and catch up with our friends. "Wonderful location. Wonderful home. Even the wild weather was spectacular. Unexpected issues: 1. The dishwasher and microwave had not been cleaned for a long time and we had to do this. This should be done after every renter. 2. Insufficient bin liners. 3. A vase of dead flowers was on the table when we arrived. 4. There was insufficient toilet paper for our stay. 5. The TV in the lower lounge area should be set up with free to air channels."

Keys didn’t work we had to use the cleaners key. Listing stated 2.5 bathrooms which it does have but picture shows 3 toilets there is only 2. No plug for the bath. BBQ needs a good clean! No door on the bunk room in the granny flat which is not ideal when positioned right next to a bathroom. Last of...
