We had a group of about 12 people stay at this wonderful accommodation and would 100% come back! The house was in pristine condition, with all the necessities included. The property manager was easy to communicate with and made this stay very enjoyable!!

Great house for larger groups! Within minutes walk to the Woolamai Race Track. Exceptionally clean on arrival and had everything. Would certainly recommend.

Woolamai weekend
We had a fantastic stay here. It's a beautiful rural location with a stunning g outlook over rural farmland and water and a huge deck from which to enjoy the view. We had 16 people and at times it's a bit noisy and echoey in the indoor eating area. Some acoustic panels may be good but perhaps we're just a bit too noisy. There's an outdoor fire pit and we gathered up abundant pine cones and spent a wonderful evening round the fire outside. The interior is spacious and easily manouevrable for a wheelchair though the bathrooms aren't technically accessible . The main issue we getting into the house as there are level changes all round. The easiest way to get in if you have your own portable ramp is off the side deck. This would be a great modification for people using mobility aids. The kitchens are really good and extremely well supplied. The only items we'd suggest you bring if you're planning any serious cooking are: a pastry brush, a silicone spatula, a wash up brush , and heavy kitchen scissors . This is really picky I know as it really is great. Definitely would come again.

A great farmhouse with an amazing deck and view. A very large house with plenty of space and amenities. Clear and timely information from the host made for a very enjoyable stay.

Perfect getaway!
This property was perfect for our group (4 families - total of 15 people). Very spacious, plenty of room for everyone - even when the weather wasn’t great. The hosts have thought of everything- plenty of kitchen utensils, essentials like toilet paper and paper towels etc. plenty of blankets etc to keep warm. We especially loved the separate living areas for adults/kids. Amazing laundry and kitchen facilities. We made fantastic memories and hope to stay again!!! Thanks so much!!

Private preacfull property with a beautiful big home full of everything you need. The view looking over western port is amazing especially in the evening when the sun comes down. Will be back again.

Beautiful view
Beautiful outback area with a gorgeous view on the pergola, if you want to get away from the city life this house is for you. The house was fully equipped with everything you did not know you needed, watching the sunset was the high light. Lots of space to entertain and plenty for the kids to do

Relaxing Weekender
This was a lovely place to spend a weekend with friends. Lots of rooms and two great decks with stunning views add to the charm. It is an older house though and while our stay was in a warm autumn, in winter you'd probably need to have the fires burning 24/7!
