Nestled into the side of the valley, Long Beach House commands sensational views across the sparkling bay. This 3 bedroom property has a garden and sun terrace. As the sun settles, the large sun terrace becomes the ideal place to luxuriate and admire the breathtaking sunsets. Long Beach House has 2 off-road parking spaces, with EV charging available (*charges apply - booked before your arrival date)
Living
The spacious, dual aspect living room has bi-fold doors leading out to the terrace and garden and enjoys fabulous views across Woolacombe and giving stunning views of the beach, sea, and countryside. There is comfortable seating for 6 people, a wall mounted electric fire provides a nice ambience and some heat for the cooler evenings, a Smart TV, Apple TV and fast unlimited secure broadband are all provided.
Dining/Cooking
The large separate kitchen / diner leads off the living room and enjoys similarly spectacular views and is fully equipped with everything you might need to prepare the perfect family meal including a Ninja Multi-Function Air Fryer and even an Onni 16 Pizza Oven! The sun terrace can be accessed directly from the kitchen via patio doors.
There is also a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. A nespresso coffee machine, with a starter supply of pods, is provided for your stay.
Sleeping
There are 3 bedrooms in Longbeach House sleeping up to 6 guests. The Master Bedroom is a spacious room with a double bed and an en-suite shower room, mezzanine floor and views over the garden, Woolacombe and towards the sea.
Bedroom 2, with a King Size double, enjoys the same views as the Master Bedroom and has an en-suite shower room.
Bedroom 3 has twin beds.
Bathing
To the ground floor there is a WC with hand basin, upstairs the main family bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and basin. Both double bedrooms benefit from modern en-suite shower rooms.
Outside
Outside there are surfboard racks, wetsuit rails, sun loungers, a BBQ, fire-pit and a large table and chairs where the whole family can dine al fresco as the sun goes down.
The property benefits from two off-road private parking spaces with a dedicated (£20 charge - cables not provided) EV Charge Point. Please note EV charging must be booked in advance of your arrival day.

There are so many more places to explore right on the doorstep that this makes Woolacombe, and Longbeach House particularly, the compelling base for your holiday.
Easily accessible from anywhere in the country via the M5 and the North Devon Link Road - it's perfect for a fortnight, a week or just a long weekend of indulgence.

Please note that you are booking via an external channel and not directly through Ocean Cottages, therefore any information not provided directly from Ocean Cottages cannot be fully relied upon and pricing may differ. Please check payment and cancellation terms prior to confirming your booking.
There is a refundable security deposit of £100 payable with the final balance (not applicable to Airbnb bookings) - please note this will not be shown in the total cost of the booking on the summary screen. The security deposit is refunded within 14 days of departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).
Full payment is due if arrival is within 10 weeks. For bookings made 10+ weeks in advance a deposit of 50% plus the £60 non-refundable booking fee is due. The final balance and security deposit (if applicable) is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For Bookings confirmed with VRBO, Ocean Cottages will take your payment prior to confirming your booking, this could be up to 72 hours after receiving your confirmation from VRBO. If we are unable to accept your booking, we will contact you as soon as possible. Airbnb take payment on our behalf and pay us after your stay, they will confirm the dates and amounts due when you make your booking.
It is not possible to add any extras when booking via VRBO/Airbnb and therefore the costs of any extras will not be included within the price shown, extras must be requested and paid for directly with Ocean Cottages.
