"Beautiful place to stay with really professional and super friendly staff. The whole place feels relaxed and really well thought out. Brilliant food, lovely accommodation. We had a great time! Only problem was the very thin duvet but I’m sure if we had realised before bedtime and told them they would have changed this for us. We managed by turning up the heating a little and sleeping in jumpers. Highly recommend this spot for anyone, honestly it’s brilliant! "

"Staff were friendly and very professional, nothing was too much trouble for them. They also had good knowledge of Ilfracombe and gave good advice on where to go, what to see, and knew what was happening (i.e. where local bands were playing etc) at night time. My room was clean, tidy, warm, with a lovely power shower. If i had to 'nitpick' i am quite a large person, but, my shower was quite small. However, this would not put me off from booking again and recommend to family and friends. Defiantly a value for money hotel."

"It's not only the property that standout. It is also the staffs that work there that made it perfect. Even if the hotel is 5 stars but the staff are not caring and accommodating, the property wont make it to the top. Ahmed and Abdul are few of the staffs that are very remarkable . They handled every situation very well. I would definitely recommend the property due to its cleanliness, being near to tourist spots and staff's courteousness "
