"Tidy, clean, well maintained. Two dining options, both are very good. So many options for activities and with a choice of several pools you never feel crowded. Lots of bar options and the aquariums are amazing. Great room and views. Transport was very well managed and the staff very friendly and accommodating. We loved it."

"I was advised that there is a complimentary shuttle bus and can be adjust if any of us need the bus earlier than 11am but didn’t mention that there is a strict 11am starting route . That’s why I booked with Freedom Shores even they are quite far from the center (15-20 mins driving )but if I had to choose again the distance will put me off rebooking with them. Otherwise all the rest was excellent."
