"Our family take two mini vacations a year. This time we decided to do a non-tourist, non event kind of vacation. This property was perfect. The home was very tastefully decorated, and we enjoyed the host's personal art, which could be seen in every room. The layout of the home and the outside lent itself to a "stay home" kind of vacation, yet when someone needed space there was somewhere, inside or outside to go. The outside was absolutely what we needed. Fishing occurred every morning either...

"We were in North Carolina to check on my elderly mother in law with dementia. It was such a difficult situation and coming back to Kristin’s place really helped us relax for at least part of the trip. The apartment was so cute and the view was amazing. We got back ever evening just in time for sunset! Kristin was available at all times. We will definitely stay here again. "

"We had a wonderful family weekend at the Parr's waterfront home! We kayaked, made s'mores, played ping-pong and basketball and ladders in the driveway, and all around had an amazing time. The house was beautiful and spacious, a perfect setting for time together. Hope to be back again!"
