"Terrible experience. Host never showed and vrbo dropped the ball on making it right. Had to self lodge for three nights of one week vacation. Then vrbo stuck me at some backwoods fishing camp. Still have not recovered refund or costs of self lodging when they assured me that I would receive both. Terrible customer service and overall vacation experience from hell. Never using vrbo ever again."

"The cottage was beautiful, spacious and could easily accommodate our big family with every amenity. We loved the backyard, the dock and the gorgeous sunsets! "Beyond advertised the property was top notch with an incredible view. The house was incredibly clean, hot tub excellent, kitchen well stocked, coffee maker fabulous and natural gas bbq an unexpected surprise. We had a minor issue the first night but it was easily taken care of by the owners who were completely responsive. We'd love to stay again it was quiet, pretty and the stars at night were gorgeous. "
