Bathroom could do with a little more ventilation - signs of mould appearing on roof / in corners but overall clean. Good sized rooms, bed very comfey. Hotel easy to fine, good walking distance from Motorpoint arena - would definitely stay here again. "

I’m now back at home (3 days later) Not sure that the receptionist I spoke to at the hotel was particularly helpful either - or she didn’t understand me ( I was unwell, so I may have been a bit muddled ) There were 2 or 3 receptionists over the period that I spoke to and they were superb. "It was a comfortable stay. There were a few things that could be seen as a safety issue but nothing that’s not fixable. The radiators didn’t work and the room did get quite cold but other than that it was a secure and safe place. I didn’t have to worry about people coming in and out of the building because of the key codes which is good! I would stay here again as it’s quite affordable and again, a comfortable stay. Loads of shops and food places surrounding which is helpful for those who don’t...
