It was a little dated upstairs and there was no photos of details of the bedrooms but they were clean and well catered. "Perfect house for get together with large bedrooms 5 of which are en-suite and many with single beds which makes for great flexibility depending on the make up of your group. Large group spaces in kitchen and living room with a great conservatory too. Also on direct bus route to Derby and area. Everything a large group could want. Owners live next door and we’re very welcoming and helpful."

The off-road parking is a boon although there was always space on the road if more than one car was used.
