Located just a three-minute drive or a leisurely stroll to the center of Woodstock, this stunning five bedroom contemporary home sited on nearly 5 acres has gorgeous mountain views from almost every window and lots of outdoor space to enjoy the beauty of nature. Perfect for a family vacation or couples who want to rest, relax and take in the mountain air.

The house features 4655 square feet with five bedrooms and four baths, including two master bedroom suites and a separate guest cottage. There is a downstairs living room with a unique wooden ceiling, fireplace and bar, and an upstairs great room with stained glass windows, high ceilings, a large sectional sofa and new high end surround-sound audio system and TV. The upstairs master bedroom has a door out to a private deck with bistro table and chair, and a chaise by the oversized window on which to read or nap. The downstairs master bedroom has a view of the pool and a built-in dresser. The two downstairs bedrooms have queen-sized beds. All the bathrooms are newly renovated. Both master baths have double sinks. The upstairs master bath has a freestanding bathtub as well as a shower. Beautiful wood floors, fully equipped chefs kitchen and tasteful decorations are some of what make this home so special.

Lounge on the couch in the screen-in porch, or eat at the outdoor dining table on the wooden deck. Swim in the 20 x 40 foot pool, or relax in the outdoor hot tub. Enjoy the newly built fire pit all year long. This is an ideal home for enjoying family, friends, nature and culture.

Great stay
This house was perfect for our family vacation. Lots of room to spread out inside and out. The pool and hot tub were great. Close enough to town for a long walk. We had a wonderful time and would definitely rent again.

Great Property for Large Group

Really great vaca with adult children!
Stayed at this lovely property for about a week with our three adult children, their spouses and their infant children. Awesome place! Owner communication was excellent and small issue (failed circuit breaker) was settled quickly and efficiently. We had a great time in the pool, hot tub, playing games at night at the large dining room table, and enjoyed local hikes and yours!

The property is even nicer than the photographs. Quiet, secluded, surrounded by trees but views of the mountains. The house is spacious and comfortable. The pool was great. You will enjoy this house

Great family vacation!
This was the perfect house for our three-generation group of parents, step-parents, adult children,, siblings, spouses, partners, grandchildren/niece/nephew! The house was nicely laid out and the small cottage came in very handy. The kitchen was fairly well-equipped and we made many of our meals there and on the grill. We loved the screened in porch and spent a good amount of time there. The town and surrounding are are great!

Long weekend and full house
We absolutely loved this home. There was enough space inside to host 2 families with young kids and plenty of space to use outdoors. Locations was incredibly convenient, not only a short walk to the main street but also reasonable distance to winter attractions. Nothing can beat waking up to amazing views from every window.

The property in Woodstock was perfect for our sib weekend. Everyone had their own bedroom. House was walking distance to town. The weather was not great, but still used the pool. House was clean, well equipped and spacious.

Most awesome house
This property stood out to us for its openness, light, heated pool and hot tub, and it’s ability to accommodate a large group. We loved staying here. The pool was truly heated, the hot tub excellent, the fire pit was perfect. There are so many spaces in the house that I was able to do a little work one day upstairs and felt a million miles away. We are fans and hope to stay again.

Girls getaway
Looking for a change of scenery and this house did the trick! Wanted a girls weekend away where we could catch up by a fire and sip wine but also be close to a cute town. The house was only a 3min drive from the town of Woodstock. The bathrooms in this house are amazing!! And the hot tub was a great bonus. Will absolutely rent this house again.

A great experience
We were happy to be back at Lynn and Greg's house after 6 years. It is as lovely as ever, with fancy new bathrooms! The pool and hot tub are great; the house spacious and well equipped. Lynn and Greg were incredibly responsive hosts-- every question answered almost immediately. Woodstock is a great area, and the house is a few minute drive to the town of Woodstock. Lots to do in this wonderful corner of the world.

Wonderful long weekend
We’re a group of 8 friends (4 couples) who took some time away for some rest and it was awesome. The house was clean and welcoming. We had all the information we needed ahead of our stay to make it easy and comfortable. The unexpected treat was that the snow fell beautifully for an entire day and we changed our plans to go out and spent a large part of the day in the hot tub and watching the snow through the giant windows. It was magical. Highly recommend.

Outstanding vacation spot!
We just finished a weeklong stay at this wonderful home in Woodstock, NY with our family of 9, including 8 adults and one toddler, for a family getaway. The hosts were a pleasure to communicate with before and during the stay and made check-in and check-out easy, providing detailed information. The house was immaculate, beautifully maintained, and full of amenities in every space that go well above and beyond. We made full use of the 5 bedrooms, two living room areas, a very well-equipped kitchen, and perfect-for-summer screened porch. Set in a beautiful heavily-wooded area with much privacy, the heated swimming pool and hot tub were also maintained in perfect condition and enjoyed by all throughout the week. The house is a short walk (1 mile) or drive to downtown Woodstock with its many unique shops and dining options (Bread Alone was definitely a favorite). We cannot recommend this home (and hosts) more highly and look forward to a return visit!

Location was good, but property in need of TLC
Our group of seniors rents in different places every year. This was the most expensive and least desirable of our reunion stays. The bedroom layout was awkward for 5 couples, maybe ok for a family. Some rooms too big, some too small. The cottage bathroom had no shelves and is very small, with no closets. The house closets were cluttered. The kitchen was disorganized. The oven was broken (fixed in 3 days) and dirty. The refrigerator had broken shelf supports. More generally, the house needed a good cleaning (dead flies and bugs under beds, the porch needed cleaning). We felt more like we were camping, but we enjoyed out hikes and dinners out.

Outstanding property!
My husband and I rented this property for the month of July and had a fantastic time, both by ourselves and with our adult children and small grandchildren. The house itself is very comfortable and inviting. The kitchen is fully stocked without being at all cluttered. Dishes, cutlery, pots and pans, etc. are well-organized, and everything is exactly where you would expect to find it. Likewise, the bedrooms have plenty of linens and towels; all of the bathrooms are beautifully renovated. There are several dining and living areas — both small and large, so large groups can gather together or spread out individually. For our family, the piece de resistance was definitely the 20x40 pool. It is expertly maintained, long enough for swimming laps, and shallow enough on one end for our young grandchildren (3,4, and 5) to play contentedly for hours. There are plenty of loungers and pool towels. Even just sitting at the pool is a pleasure, as it is beautifully landscaped and has breathtaking views of forest land and mountains. When we first arrived, we had a few questions, and Lynn and Gregg always got back to us immediately. They were lovely and considerate hosts. Everyone agreed that this was a perfect choice for our family, and we checked out very reluctantly at the end of the month.

we stayed for 8 days. guests included a couple in our 70's, 4 adult children and 3 grandchildren, ages 16 months, 4 yrs and 8 yrs. We loved the house and pool and had a great time. Owners were extremely helpful and attentive. House is wonderfully supplied with kitchen utensils, linens and towels. A wonderful stay overall.
