Pros: beautiful location, all the pleasures of camping without having to pack everything, perfect communication from Chloe Cons: tipi could have been cleaner (cobwebs on dishes, dirty bandaid left behind), for some strange reason outhouse smelled outside but was fine on the inside?

Wonderful experience
We had a wonderful stay at this unique property. The setting right next to the river was absolutely beautiful, the tipi was exactly as advertised. Looking forward to returning soon.

Absolutely beautiful location, great glamping experience. The tepee is as cool as the location! There is a canopy and larger gas grill, and everything needed was there, but basic. For non campers his “fire instructions” a must read! The kindling splitter a simple, genius, and very clever must use!!

A great camping like experience
This was a unique little trip which the whole family enjoyed. We really appreciated the little things which the owners provided and their thoughtfulness about the tipi's needs. We especially loved the dog friendly nature of the property.

Awesome location
The location is perfect! Right on the stream and walking distance to town. The trail to the tipi had splintered wood and sharped edge wood pieces. Less than adequate for the price. The tipi rug om the floor was dirty.. The space im my opinion was good for two people as the fire took up much of the space in the center. That beiing said I enjoyed the experience!

Beautiful vibe
This is “glamming” but the teepee is more than a gimmick. It’s a beautiful phenomenon to go to sleep around a warm fire and never breath smoke. The stream is idyllic so the environment is magical. Would love to come again but only one double mattress is really proper for comfort and will bring my own (cleaner) bedding next time

Clean, Peaceful and Charming
My 3 boys and I really enjoyed our stay! This Tipi is clean, well stocked and still manages to give you a authentic close to nature experience. The boys fell in love with the river and had a great time exploring the rocks and small waterfalls. We enjoyed a great fire pit riverside that allowed us to make dinner and enjoy the fall scenery. There was ample firewood available and my two older boys were excited to learn how to chop it! We slept comfortably in the Tipi with a beautiful fire to keep us warm. The Tipi is far enough away from the main house that it feels very private and secluded. Andrew sent us an excellent welcome email that explained every detail of how to camp in the Tipi and enjoy the surroundings. We would highly recommend this experience to others! Thank you Andrew for hosting us.

A really lovely getaway!
We really enjoyed the tipi! The grounds are beautiful. The tipi is comfortable, clean and thoroughly stocked with cooking items which was really accommodating. It is a unique way to spend a couple of days in nature. I can't wait to return once it warms up in the spring. Thank you Andrew and Chloe!

Amazing
It's hard to find something outside the city that feels this genuinely 'cool' for such a good deal. My wife and I had a great time exploring the river, visiting Woodstock for the first time, and camping out in this tipi. Everything from start to finish was amazing and I can't suggest this place highly enough.

Camping in comfort: we enjoyed our stay!
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Andrew and Chloe's tipi. The tipi is surprisingly spacious and very comfortable, and it was clean and thoughtfully prepared for guests. We were also impressed with all the amenities available on the property. The location is lovely. Next to the tipi, there is a stream with a private sitting area and a fire pit with grill for preparing food. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Thanks, Andrew and Chloe!

Quaint and Wonderful - A MUST STAY!
Our recent stay in Andrew and Chloe's Woodstock tipi was truly perfect. The naturally stunning location and inherent simplicity of the tipi far surpassed our aspirations for a country side getaway. The tipi and adjacent creek gave us all the peace of mind and sense of adventure of a camping trip without any of the undesirable complications or hassles. Absolutely wonderful.
