"The staff were very friendly and helpful 10/10 customer service. The property is walking distance from Times Square and was very convenient. The room is in okay condition. However the toilet gave us trouble every single day of the trip and we had to keep calling reception to send the handy man to unclog it. However the receptionist gave us a discount for the trouble. The room was also very hot, I would recommend leaving the windows open. Overall a great stay. "

"We loved staying in Chelsea. The hotel was close to many things we wanted to see. The staff were helpful and welcoming. The only issue we had was our shower faucet dripped during our entire stay. With the constant noise in NYC we didn’t even notice after the first night. "
