"The staff is super friendly and helpful, they make me feel like I am always welcome. The location is nice, very close to the Pioneer Square light rail station and also just by the piers. I walked to the Smith Tower, the Aquarium, the Public Market, and the King Street Station. Breakfast buffet is decent. The lobby area is hearty. The room is a blend of future with a sprinkle of essential on top of it. What you get is a safe haven that give you a place to rest in between your urban exploration. "

"We love this hotel, excellent location close enough to Pike Place and the space needle. The hotel is always clean and the staff are very friendly. We had a room overlooking the courtyard and it was very quiet This is our hotel of choice when we visit Seattle. I’m not going to lie there are some weird characters near the hotel, but we never had any trouble and the hotel is safe and secure. "
