"We had a large group of friends staying at Iona Park for a reunion and we were all absolutely blown away. From the moment you arrive, the facilities are jaw dropping. Both the inside, especially the pool room and library, and outside (double tennis court!) were stunning. The kitchen was well stocked and plenty big enough to accommodate all of us. The check-in process was very smooth and the hosts were a pleasure to deal with. I can’t recommend this stay highly enough!"

"Lovely, cozy, interesting. Very well located to Fitzroy Falls, which has some nice walks. Numerous wineries within 10 to 30 minutes drive. Host is intriguing, helpful, near by but not imposing. Kitchen is pretty limited - yay!Hooved neighbors were good listeners. "

"The views, the beach, the house - all were 5 star! I'm already planning when I can come back and bring the family this time. More than enough spaces in the house so that we could chill, be on the phone and do some work without anyone needing to bother the others in the house. My favourite inside spot was in the corner of the lounge with views a plenty. Outside under the tree watching the waves was my morning contemplation spot and often became a chatting spot. Love love love our stay!"

"My friends and I were looking for a place not too far out of Sydney to celebrate my birthday where we could just take a breather, relax and enjoy ourselves with good company. We were immediately impressed when we arrived at the property, the amenities were fantastic and we were all impressed with the pool, spa and sauna! The photos don't do enough justice. The property is also only a five minute drive from Berry town. Thanks again to Kylie and Mark for their exceptional service and exceeding...
