" A colorful cottage only a short block to the gorgeous beach. The house is very dog friendly with a charming enclosed back deck and yard. The bathroom and kitchen are modern and the rest of the house is informal with a very comfortable bedroom. The pull-out bed in the living room needs to be upgraded. Our stay would have been more successful if the weather hadn't been pouring rain.The manager was very friendly, helpful and available. "

"Frank was very responsive and friendly! The place is cute and clean and everything is labeled. There's a heater/AC in the living room only, and it was freezing in every other room while we were there- that was the only downside! Good parking, nice neighborhood, walkable to downtown, very quiet, lots of interesting birds flying around to listen to and watch. We never heard any sounds from the main house even though it's attached. "

"Small cozy quiet property located just off the water overlooking the bay. Clear view of the bay bridge. Heater works wonderfully for the chilly Bay Area breeze and the little wood burning fireplace works wonders when the fog rolls in. Owner of the property even helped us bring our bags all the way up. Very friendly, would recommend!"

"This little apartment is fine. It’s very small and there’s probably 100 stairs to get to the front door I can’t imagine ever having to bring groceries. The finishes are nice and one of the bedrooms is a good size. The second bedroom is tiny and feels like it was probably a converted closet. It’s really a one bedroom apartment with a small little closet with a bed. You asked me several times to write a review so here it is."
