"Front desk staff needs to be trained to make guest feel welcome. They're not accomodating to stress the check in time. Felt a little rude in pointing out the time of check in. After all we're paying to feel comfortable and that's their job. "

"I had a great experience. The location near Yeongdeungpo Station made getting around super easy. My room was clean, modern, and cozy—though a bit small. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the nearby Times Square Mall was perfect for dining and shopping."
