"Very nice hotel, modern rooms, street parking right in front (they also had a garage, I never used it) balcony had views of terraced vineyards and over Krems, plentiful breakfast buffet, nice bar/lounge area, helpful staff, just tops! I didn't use any of the spa services or sauna/pool, but other guests looked happy coming from there! A few good restaurants within a 10-15 minute walk downhill if you don't want to drive. Was there in January; I'm sure it's even lovlier in summer. "

"The hotel has no sign on the facade, and it was stressing to find it without that. There is no concierge and the registration is strange, with a WhatsApp communication to a staff member, having to take picture of the passport and send it over via WhatsApp or email, which is strange and concerning. Also concerning is a “contract” that we are asked to sign in order to get access to the building. I found the process very strange and concerning. Had never seen a hotel asking us to sign a contract...

"Wir hatten die Suite gebucht. es war sauber und auch nicht wenig Platz. aber Restaurant war gut und auch das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Unterkunft ist sicher nicht auf dem neuesten Stand weswegen es ein wenig abgelebt gewirkt hat."

"Das Bauernhaus ist schön die Kinder waren von der Scheune begeistert, allerdings sollten die Wespennester entfernt werden. Eines unter dem Tisch, das besonders gefährlich ist, unser 5-jähriger wurde gestochen. die Spiele sind super, die Räumlichkeiten gross und interessant, ein Platz zum wohlfühlen. Wir würden wieder kommen."

"Die Fewo war super, große Küche/Esszimmer plus Wohnzimmer und im Hof/Garten viele Kräuter die wir mitnutzen konnten und zur Krönung noch eine Sauna. Auch die Buchung und der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war alles unkompliziert, zeitnah und hat gut funktioniert. Kleine Anregungen: Kleine scharfe Messer in der Küche wären nützlich gewesen ebenso wie Vorkehrungen/Hinweise zur Mülltrennung und der Ablauf in der Dusche war nicht optimal. "An exceptionally nice hotel. Our room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. An attractive back terrace was a very pleasant spot for a carry in meal. The breakfast buffet offered unusual variety, very fresh and well prepared and presented. Many healthy choices including freshly prepared vegetable juices. "

"The hotel is not marked "Grandhotel Sluchátko" but "Zámecký hotel" what makes problem to find it. We passed by several times, before the idea came to ask the staff where the Grandhotel Sluchátko is located. The hotel is in reasonable condition, but the tasteless colorful spray-painted graffiti in parts of the interior negative interfere with the ancient atmosphere, and also some of the hanging paintings do not fit the style of the majority. "I loved this place! The self check in was super easy. The lobby and common area was great. My room was very clean and comfortable. It was a bit warm, but i had forgotten to close the blinds when i went out in the morning. Gars am Kamp felt like the perfect Austrian village. Very walkable to restaurants and supermarkets. Also an easy walk to all things Falco! It was a very relaxing stay! Highly recommend!!!"

"I ordered a "Superior Double Room with Bathtub." Unfortunately, we arrived at 4 p.m., and there was apparently no room with a bathtub left. Also, the cleaning services should be replaced. The toilet was soiled by the previous occupant, even though a "sanitised" note was left on it. It was disgusting. Even though the hotel advertised free parking, the hotel car park was full. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir waren 11 Personen und zwei Hunde. Empfang war sehr freundlich und auch der Abschied ging Reibungslos und sehr großzügig von statten. Die Umgebung ist sehr ruhig und ländlich. Ideal zum Wandern, ausruhen und Rad fahren. Aber mit dem Auto kann man gut sehenswertes erreichen. Die Unterkunft hat sehr viel Charm und man sieht die Liebe zum Objekt in vielen Details."
