Great place Close to Town
Great older home with lots of character. Great access to the railroad running/biking path right behind the home and easy access to get into town via a quick drive or mile walk. Would stay again.

Great location and comfortable home
The house has old New England charm with modern conveniences. A well-stocked kitchen and nice bathrooms. Comfortable furniture including on the deck. Appreciated the AC units for air flow and blocking street sounds at night. The owner provides lots of information in a binder about the house and area attractions, and she was easy to communicate with. Loved the walking path a block from the home. Our family loves Wolfeboro - we’ve been going there for years all the way from WI due to family living in the area.

Convenient location in historic home
We stayed for a long weekend to visit family and enjoyed the spacious cozy rooms in this restored vintage home located centrally to downtown and other hiking attractions. Very comfortable and quiet except for traffic noise.

Great place for older teens
This is such a lovely property, with a super host in a great location - we barely used the car. Paddle boarding and kayaking locally was a big hit with our teens and adults. The local beach (a beautiful walk along the trail at the back of the house) was visited most days. Wolfeboro itself was new to us and we will be back

Spacious and well equipped home
The process of booking and checking in to the rental through evolve was seamless and the details about the home were very thorough. So many items have been provided that you can check in and start exploring… or relaxing. The back porch is a nice spot to relax and our family enjoyed chatting around the fire globe. The backyard is also a good place to stargaze. Our budding astronomer son soaked up the stargazing with low light pollution. The decor is classy and the home very clean. The kitchen worked well for preparing meals; the appliances are good quality and work like new. You will be located very close to a small and quaint grocery store and a short drive to downtown. The Wright Museum of World War 2 is excellent and we walked to it. Trisha is one of the nicest and most thorough homeowners we’ve ever rented from. She is very kind and keeps a well stocked home. Thank you for sharing your home!

Charming home!!
We had a family reunion and flew in from Texas and Florida. This was the PERFECT home to accompany a large family. The amenities were excellent and Trish ( our local contact) was the perfect hostess. She made sure we had everything we needed and checked in with us during our stay. The home was within walking distance of downtown and had a nice trail for meaning walks. The back patio was perfect for 6 adults to relax and have coffee each morning and bird watch. The kitchen was stocked w the necessities to cook, if so desired. They even provided games and each night we played dominoes in the big front family room. If you’re looking for a clean, well kept place for your family - THIS IS THE PLACE!! Trish was wonderful to work with and responded within minutes if you had a question. Thanks for making our reunion even more special!! We will DEF stay here again when we’re in Wofleboro!

Spotless and very welcoming
We recently stayed here with a group of 6 adults and 4 kids and it was perfect! It was very spacious and provided every member of our family a place to be without being on top of one another! The house was spotless and equipped with many items that were helpful for our family! Sheets and towels were provided and included in booking price. This lovely home has all of the necessary modern amenities and features one would need while maintaining the character and charm of a home build in the late 1800s. The location is ideal, situated on the bike path between downtown Wolfboro where there are many shops and restaurants and crescent lake/lake wentworth! We took a quick walk down sidewalks to a quaint and delicious local breakfast restaurant named Katie’s Kitchen! The house is located close to the main road (center street) and has window AC units that kept us cold on the scorching 93 degree days. BC of the proximity to the road and the windows being ajar to accommodate the AC units, vehicle traffic outside could be heard during the early evening and early morning hours from the front “master” bedroom. This was nothing a pair of noise canceling ear buds couldn’t solve and only was bothersome to 1 very light sleeper in our crew of 10. I would not consider this a deal breaker as the house was perfect for our family and we definitely plan on staying here again next year. Just mentioning for my fellow light sleepers and would recommend choosing one of the other comfy bedrooms to sleep in! Thank you for allowing us to stay on this charming home! We were sad to leave!

Location & Privacy
Beautifully restored & decorated authentic antique home, within walking distance to Wolfeboro’s center restaurants and shopping. Kitchen with all the accommodations of home, put to the test by a rainy Memorial Day weekend. Cozy + Comfortable beds and bedrooms provided options for accommodations for our 3 adults and 2 toddlers easily. The hostess Tricia was responsive and a true concierge with wine on arrival and dining and activity options on request. We would celebrate here again!!

Cozy stay by Lake Winnipesaukee!
We had a wonderful time staying in this house! It's a very short drive to the lake and the main grocery stores and places in town. Tricia who was our point person was very friendly and quick to respond to any questions. The layout in the house is a bit strange with 2 of the bedrooms and one of the bathrooms bring connected, but there's more than enough space to sleep 8 people. We spent a lot of time on the deck, which was really nice and the backyard with the fire pit was a plus! The kitchen is not so well equipped if you plan to cook a lot for a big group, but we managed well with what was there! Please keep in mind, only 3 of the bedrooms have AC. Overall, would highly recommend and hope to be back! Wolfeboro is a very cute town and Lake Winnipesaukee is absolutely beautiful!
