"Overall the aprtmnt was clean tidy and well decorated. The fridge had broken shelves in the door but was still usable. The floors were constantly cold because there were no tenants in the store below to run heat..The front entrance was tiny and cramped with an open exposed electrical panel that I had to use for the heater in this area. Didn't see. Very safe. Very disappointed in the lack of personal phone response from several requests. The only form of communication was through email which is...
