Truly the best house
It’s not our first time and definitely not the last stay in this amazing house. Besides breathtaking views of lake Isabella, house is super clean, cozy and just has everything you can possibly need. My family truly enjoy the place so much that we already making plans to come back. The host is super friendly, quick to respond and very accommodating.

Wedding weekend bliss
We were getting married in the area and found this gem to make our home base for the weekend. Unmatched views from the giant deck and bedrooms! Upper Forks of the Kern.
The house is very clean and well organized. The property manager was great! He communicated with us every step of the way to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The view of Lake Isabella is amazing and the house is set up extremely well for its guests. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the house. We will definitely be back.

Whitewater escape
Our trip was amazing! Loved this place. This house was high on the hill surrounded my an amazing deck with spectacular views of Lake Isabelle. The area is rural but 10 mins from Kernville. Our trip was in August when the days were perfect for water activities followed by breezy deck grilling and star gazing. We shared the house with 2 other families and everyone is talking about returning next year. My only tips - bring your own towels for the beach and perhaps a corn hole game for the deck. We also brought inflatable floats, SUPs, and a kayak for splashing around on Lake Isabele. We finished our trip with a Whitewater Voyages adventure. The pictures are true to the house. The owner was really prompt on communication.

A beautiful view at a great price.
Everything went very smoothly, no problems at all. The view both during the day and at night were amazing. Everything was provided, and everything was very clean. I highly recommend a four wheel/all wheel drive vehicle, due to the road up to the property being somewhat treacherous.

We were only able to stay a night, but would gladly go back. Small, winding road the last quarter mile or so to get there, but it’s worth it for the view. A few pans in the kitchen could maybe use an upgrade, but it had everything we needed. Also, the host was very helpful.
