"Very close the airport yet away from the hustle and bustle. "

"My go to hotel in Frankfurt, I get not everyone's cup of tea, but it is exactly like you see on the pictures. Well located for exploring the City, If arriving by train from the airport or main train station get off at Hauptwache stop and exit towards the end of the train you have just got off, the station before on the map may look nearer but it isn't. Reception is on the sixth floor, you need a card to access the other floors. Dedicated check in staff would be nicer rather than having to disturb someone from the bar is my only criticism. The shower is great and lovely smelling soap and shower gel, comfy bed and warm duvet"

"Nestled within the regional transportation hub of Franfurt airport, this location provides direct access to transportation, food, and consumer services. The hotel itself is modern, well kept, and with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast room and meal quality were excellent. However, as a senior citizen coming from abroad with some heavy luggage, I want to alert others of rooms potentially located far from the elevator, with no obvious means of help. I can't fault the hotel itself because I didn't ask for a more accessible room, nor checked if baggage service was available. Next time I will. My other difficulties were with the layout of the airport: the confusing and inconvenient access to cabs and shuttle buses, and very long walks to get to access points between Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 (international). These are cautions for future travellers that apply to the surroundings, but are not included in my ratings for the hotel itself. For accommodation, I would stay here again."

"Property is very near the airport, however there is a lack of signage at arrivals which makes it difficult to know how to get there. The elevators in the airport are SLOW and always full, so if you can take luggage up the escalator to third floor, all works well."

"This is the second time I have stayed here and the staff are amazing. The food is great. There is an airport shuttle every 20 minutes. It is a great place to stay in Frankfurt if you need to catch a flight. "

"This is an ultra modern hotel. The rooms have everything you need for a long stay. Restaurant in hotel has great food. Only a couple of minutes walk to public transportation. "
