"At the last minute (day before) my accommodation was cancelled & I was given 2 alternative options, given the lateness I opted for one, it was good, but the instructions to enter underground car park & accommodation was extremely very poor, resulting in me getting very stressed & having to phone the letting agent, wasn't happy at all, they apologised & said they'd get back to me, after they read the instructions of an email I got, still awaiting their reply. Disappointed"

"We needed a stopover and this was a really good find. The rooms are big, it’s clean and has everything you need. We found it a quiet and convenient place to stay. We could park right at the door as described. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms warm during winter. Emma (host) was super responsive to all my questions. "This apartment is in a very nice building, with a gated car park (and an assigned parking space, which was very nice). It's within walking distance of Durham Cathedral (although, if you have mobility issues, be aware that the walk to the cathedral is mostly uphill). "Fabulous property which is great for dogs and kids due to the location and park nearby. Andy left us out a ball, dog bags, prosecco, bread and plenty of toiletries which was a great litte touch. The bed was the best ive ever slept on, the bedding superb, plenty of towels and this place is a definite 10 out of 10 if you have children and/or pets. My only advice to Andy, would be to maybe consider leaving a large soft headed brush for guests to sweep the floor and a tea towel. That aside, i...

"This modern, cozy apartment is fabulously located in town. We loved walking a few steps across the street to the indoor market hall and to Leonard’s delicious coffee house. The high end amenities, excellent beds and bedding and two bathrooms were luxurious. The view over the river is really special.
