"It is in a pretty setting, the village is beautiful, the location is not the easiest with one bus trip per hour but the service was spectacular! Our only regret was that there was a problem with the hot water for the showers a few of the days. But the customer service and breakfast and dinner buffets helped us to forget any inconveniences we experienced. I would love to go back and stay on vacation. "

"We enjoyed our one night stay at this hotel. Reception staff were friendly. The room was a bit small for two with luggage but the location was convenient for us as it was super close to the old town, canal and Schnoor. I like that there was a coffee machine in the room and glass bottled water. Motion sensor night lights were a nice though too. Parking nearby was expensive at €30/day and quite narrow spaces but that’s not the hotels fault. "

"... und gefunden! Wir hatten für unsere Familie (mit Hund) eine Ferienwohnung gesucht, von der aus wir verschiedene Aktivitäten angehen wollten - primär den Besuch des Heide-Parks in Soltau. Dabei sind wir auf diese sehr geräumige und schön eingerichtete Ferienwohnung gestoßen. Wir konnten dann in jeweils weniger als einer Stunde Fahrzeit a) Hamburg, b) den Heide-Park und c) den Heide Himmel mit Wildpark erreichen, was für uns völlig o.k. war.
