"The holiday apartments are set in a wonderful location. Stunning views of the beach to the front with horses and farm land at the rear. It was beautiful to watch the sunrise on the sea. Easy access to a wonderful clean beach and walking distance along the seashore into Bridlington for fish and chips. There’s plenty to do for all ages and a very welcoming place for dogs. I have already recommended this place to friends and family. We will definitely be returning."

"Apartment was lovely - they had thought of everything, but what then let it down, was the use of cheap blinds that were almost see through and poorly fitting, and no curtains in the bedroom! There was also an overwhelming smell of what seemed to be damp. The apartment was really well thought out and very comfortable, but just let down by those 2 things."

The location is great, with a lovely view of the sea and wonderful sights of the sunrise. "Overall a good stay. Needs a bit of TLC to the paintwork. Bathroom is quite small but adequate, & bedroom space was small ie bed against the wall. Stayed in deluxe studio apartment it was nice to sit on chairs instead of bed to watch tv. Nice kitchen area if you want to cook something simple. Bed was comfortable & extra pillows if wanted in wardrobe. Great communication & easy mobile entry via email "
