"Wir sind Ende März Freitags mit unserer großen Familie (17 Pers.) angereist. Es war eiskalt im Haus, die Heizung war aus. Aber zum Glück war es draußen sonnig und warm, so dass wir draußen sitzen konnten, bis die Heizung lief. Die Hilfe kam schnell und unkompliziert, nachdem wir das dem Vermieter gemeldet hatten. "Everything was perfect, the Lange room, comfortable beds, great location between Hbf and the center. However, the air-conditioning was not regulated, it was too hot in the room. There is no shampoo or shower gel but the hand soap(!) in the shower. The breakfast at 9:50 was empty (should be till 11:00) and was not renewed, considerable luck of the serving personal at the restaurant, actually gust one girl."
