Cozy apartment on the edge of the old town of Wismar located on the ground floor of a terraced house that was completely renovated in 2011. The second apartment in this house is rented out permanently. In the apartment you will find a spacious living and dining area, both areas are separated by the kitchen counter.
If you do not have a credit card and / or the so-called If you want to save a service fee, you can also book this apartment on the portal ostseeklar, property no. 232670.
The kitchen with hob, oven and dishwasher invites you to experiment with culinary delights. The separate bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200 x 160 cm). If desired, a travel cot can also be placed in the bedroom. Two more people can be accommodated on the sofa bed in the living room (140 x 200 cm).
In the full bath (daylight!) you will also find a washing machine. The apartment has a south-facing balcony and its own parking space. Satellite TV and WiFi complete the comfort.

Very convenient position
The property is very well situated just a few minutes walk from the railway station and town center. It is clean and well maintained, with the benefit of a parking space. It is a comfortable apartment with everything necessary for an excellent holiday.

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Wohnung.Sie ist gut durchdacht, eingerichtet und aufgeteilt.Ortsnahe wie angegeben .Auch zum Bahnhof ist es nur ein Katzensprung ,welchen wir genutzt haben um nach Rostock zu kommen.Auch die Infomappe war sehr hilfreich. Gerne wieder ,wenn es sich ergibt. Anm.: eine Matte an der Balkontüre wäre noch gut für Raucher ,bei feuchtem Wetter

Super Ferienwohnung
Eine sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich, eingerichtete Ferienwohnung, mit allem drum und dran. Hier hat man sich von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt, sauber und stilvoll. Zur Altstadt sind es nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß und schnell zu erreichen und wirklich sehr empfehlenswert mit seinen vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Sehr schön und hilfreich war die Infomappe für uns und die Tipps an der Pinnwand. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit, so eine schöne Ferienwohnung hatten wir noch nie, wir kommen bestimmt wieder :) Liebe Grüsse Manuela aus de Lüneburger Heide

Home away from home
Wir haben uns wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön farbenfroh eingerichtet und bietet was das Herz begehrt. Die Lage ist zentral und perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für einen Stadtbummel durch das malerische Wismar oder die nähere Umgebung (mit dem Fahrrad zur Insel Poel, ins Ostseebad Boltenhagen oder nach Schwerin)! Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, verbindlich und sehr nett. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert und wir kommen gerne einmal wieder!

Wunderbare Lage
Die Ferienwohnung liegt nur wenige Fußminuten von der Altstadt und dem Hafen entfernt. Der Parkplatz ist hinter dem Haus. Ferienwohnung ist klein aber fein und reicht für 2 Personen völlig aus.

Toller Aufenthalt
In der Ferienwohnung ist alles vorhanden, unmittelbar am Rande der Altstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad waren wir in 5 Minuten am Hafen. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, unkomplizierte Schlüsselübergabe und die Wohnung ist genau wie im Internet beschrieben. Wir empfehlen dieses Objekt auf jeden Fall weiter.

Die Fewo liegt am Rande der Wismarer Altstadt und ist für eine Städtereise perfekt. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind alle fußläufig zu errechen. Alles, was man braucht, ist in der Wohnung vorhanden.

Schöne Wohnung in super Lage
Wir hatten ein schönes Wochenende in dieser Wohnung. Die Wohnung war wie beschrieben und die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter vorab sehr freundlich. Neben bereits aufgebautem Kinderstuhl gabs sogar noch Tips fürs Wochenende. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung ist für Kleinkinder geeignet und es gibt sogar etwas Spielzeug.

Tolle Ferienwohnung, sehr zu empfehlen
Sehr gut ausgestattete Unterkunft, zentral gelegen, gepflegt. Selbst Kleinigkeiten sind vorhanden, bspw. Schuhanzieher oder alles, was man in der Küche braucht. Zudem Radio, Fernseher, Blueray-Player, und und und. Schöne Dekoration der Wohnung. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und werden bei unserem nächsten Wismar-Aufenthalt versuchen, wieder hier unterzukommen.
