The Hines Terrace Retreat is located just 1 mile from the Sundara spa and the Wild Rock golf course. Because of this proximity, it was remodeled in 2024 to be the perfect home base for those golf trips and girl's getaways.

A hot tub and firepit in the privacy fence enclosed backyard make our home a great place to hang out after skiing at Devil's Head or Cascade. Boaters will love being just down the block from the launch on Lake Delton in summer!

This property is located in the heart of the Dells. The small neighborhood is in the middle of The Wilderness properties and the home is directly behind Sarento's.

The lower level has a full kitchen equipped with everything you need for your stay with us. Additionally, there are two family rooms to accommodate your entire group. This level opens to a large backyard that is surrounded with a privacy fence. The backyard boasts a hot tub for up to 7 people, a gas grill, and a fire pit.

Guests have access to the entire property except the basement. The basement is storage for supplies and the owner's private property.

As hosts, we like to stay out of our guests way so that they can enjoy their vacation in privacy. However, we are available to respond when needed.

Hines Terrace is a quiet neighborhood located in the middle of The Wilderness properties and right behind Sarento's restaurant.
- Occupancy is limited to 10 people

- Must be 21 years old to rent

- Fireworks are not allowed

- The fireplace/wood stove in the house is not operational and may not be used. It is decorative only.

- Smoking is only allowed on the driveway and smokers must clean up after themselves. No smoking (anything) or vaping on the patio, porch, or in the house. Signs of smoking (including smells) will result in a $500 penalty for odor abatement and additional cleaning.

- No glass containers or food in or around the hot tub

- Guests must shower before entering the hot tub

- Children are not allowed in the hot tub at any time

- Do not use the hot tub if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol

- Hot tub use is considered "at one's own risk"

- No jumping or diving in the hot tub

- Replace hot tub cover when not in use

- Do not add soaps, bubbles, oils, or any such chemicals to the hot tub

- Owner and management reserve the right to evict guest(s) at any time and for any infractions, neighborhood complaints, or general misuse of the property and/or its contents.
